Frozen Squid Skewers

Overview

Whole bodies and tentacles, cleaned and threaded onto bamboo sticks, then frozen. A light scoring on the surface helps glazes and marinades cling while they cook, and the uniform size means every stick is ready at the same moment.

Storage
